The Committee of the Regions and ESPON EGTC together with the group of experts prepared a report "Territorial impact assessment report focused on "the effects on decarbonisation policies in the Cohesion as a value" that is available here.

One of the experts who contributed to the preparation of the report was PUEB professor Ida Musiałkowska, head of the Department of European Studies.
